„50km for 50th birthday” My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2026

I can say it’s a tradition now - to hike 50km in mountains for 5x-th birthtday. The x this year is 2 and walked a week before my birthday. 50km done on a single day. It took me 15 hours.

I started at 3:50 while still dark. But the first 5,5km were quick and easy - on a paved path.

I walked most of the trail alone but had good company for about 13km. They also helped with the logistics.

Great time and I will continue the tradition in the years to come
