Literature and Mindset

Do you ever feel like you are stuck in your own head? It happens to me all the time at social events when I feel like I need to impress others.

Often this feeling is a result of having a fixed mindset which causes a lack of motivation and productivity. People often say: ''I'm not very motivated'', but what they mean is: ''I can't change because of my attitude''.
To move away from this attitude, you need to move into a growth mindset.

One way to move to a growth mindset is reading literature. Literature gives us the opportunity to experience what it is like in someone else's head. It let's us understand how they think and what they value.

The other great thing about reading literature is that it is a great conversation topic so you will always have something interesting to say.
