Any lumpia lovers?

So a few years back I've met a few folks mixing it up and making the yummiest flavor with their lumpia recipe. I've never tried it and I lost touch with the lumpia folks, hoping to find some chef-like folks willing to share recipe.

So, I remember eating a cheeseburger lumpia and seriously it had the typical ketchup, mustard, cheese and hamburger meat. I'm not sure how to keep the condiments in tact the eggroll. I know I can always make the sauce as the dip, but come on let's make like a pot pie.
