missing translation: en.tron_err msg data timeout

I used iPhone 6 Plus to saved TRX pdf when creating TRX wallet on steemit, but it doesn’t work out and I am trying to create a new one with a laptop but I keep getting these error messages below, even when I try using an existing wallet address.
