Today I decided to help my colleague in selling his condo unit. Below is the information:
1 bedroom
with closet and induction
31.40 sqm
Price : P 4,100,000.00
Monthly payment for 10 yrs without interest: P 34,166.6
2 months deposit to move in: P 68,333.3

Condo unit is located in 27th floor in Robinsons Gateway Regency (beside fire exit). This is very near to MRT, Edsa, Megamall and Ortigas.

This is a rent to own process so if you're working near the area of the condominium, it's a great idea to choose a rent to own condo/house and it serves as your investment.

So Steemians, if you know somebody who's planning to buy a condo in Manila, kindly inform mo :D

Keep in mind, "The pesos you return to the bank after 10-12 years will be inflated, less valuable FIAT anyways! But the property in 10-12 years will be more valuable!"
