Porqué estoy en el gym?	Why am I at the gym?

Eh querido probar el gimnasio debido a que quiero enfocarme un poco más en mejorar físicamente, no piensa dejar la calistenia incluso quiero combinar el gimnasio con la calistenia para así poder mejorar en fuerza ya en la parte de los estáticos, por eso eh querido enfocarme un tiempo en la fuerza y sin más nada que decirles estas son fotos de los Ejercicios que realicé el día de ayer. Espero que le guste 🙏🏻
