The notwithstanding clause , law study

All legal statute depends on your standing in their court, a court being a collection of people under a decided jurisdiction with common purpose. They tell you this very clearly with their clause of notwithstanding . Its not just another long legal word . it is telling you something.

You have the right and or the freedom to travel notwithstanding blah blah blah ten pages of rules following.

But how do you lose standing ? You accept the contracts of license which dictate the terms of an ignorance of how laws work.

You have freedoms , inherent freedoms , rights and privileges are granted by government.

Governments are a criminal mafia who murder babies daily and sit behind large desks doing nothing but counting your money.
