SAKSAK SPRING (THE MOST ESSENTIAL WATER SUPPLY ON OUR PLACE)

Good morning good people on hive. How is your day so far? I hope that it is doing great. Today I am gonna show to you this gift of nature that is located in my home town. They call saksak spring, the name saksak came from a tree that is abundan near the spring and that is the reason why they call it saksak spring.

This photo right here is what we called POLPOG. This is very deep and they said that this lake is connected to a river in the mountain and also into the sea. There are plenty who attempted to reach the bottom of it but was noe successful.

Then next part is this one. We call it the swimming pool. It is the only area that people are allowed to swim in because it is just 6 feet deep. During summer people from around our town used to gather here to swim and have fun but now since we are currently in quarantine again it seems like no one else swims in this pool.

Then this next area is where the people who wants to wash their clothes do so. Every weekend people also gather here to wash their clothes. There is also a dedicated area here where you can hang your washed clothes to dry.
