Mango with milk and honey
This recipe is from Keshava Bhat, it has healing action for sight, memory and hearing. Blend mango with milk and honey. When refrigerated, it forms a delicious and smooth gel.
Mango flambéado
Melt butter in a frying pan with a lid, sweeten to taste until sugar and honey are dissolved, flavor with orange or lemon peel, add the mango filleted or in fajitas, cover in a simmer for 3-5 minutes, flambé with liqueur. orange and rum until caramelized edges. Serve hot.

Lemonade llanera ... pollen
