Pure theater in the garden 💮✨ -Phone Photography Contest #127

Hello everyone! 🤗 It's been awhile...
I've been meaning to do this and finally, here I am again joining in and posting my entry for this week's contest, hosted by @untilwelearn.
Yes, watching this flower from a simple bud to beautiful bloom was indeed delightful and exciting, like watching nature unfold its glamorous show.
The moment I saw its thick hollow stalk shoots straight up into the air, I started to take a photo. In fact, I've taken many many photos. 🤣

Gorgeous petals painted in pink and white perfection.

I took photos everyday bringing excitement and joy every morning.
Then one day, I found the flowers face down the ground. The stalk is hollow, so it isn't strong enough to handle the wind and the heavy downpour as we are now in rainy season. So I tied it up on a stick to keep it upright as you can see on the collage below.

I may have over shared quite a lot of photos, but well, I thought it should be alright. After all, this is a photography contest.😁
By the way, I used to think that this flower belongs to the lily family. I was wrong!!! This is amaryllis and it isn't a lily, although it resembles lilies.
Have a lovely weekend, everyone! 💮✨💮✨💮✨

Thank you very much. 🌹✨
Some of these photos are so sharp that even the light reflecting off the droplets on the petals is clearly visible. I also found this flower truly captivating—and not just the fully bloomed flower itself, but also its journey, starting from the moment two buds appear to be struggling to emerge. 🌸
