Chicken shawarma Recipe

Today I'm going to give a video recipe for a special shwarma. Most of the materials are readily available at home and the method is very easy. Sometimes we get bored with the usual eating habit so it has a new kind of flavor. This recipe is used as tea time. It is a unique recipe and full of calories. Here is the recipe video, it provides a clearer understanding of the cooking procedure.

Shawarmas are a staple of fast food and are available worldwide.

The chicken that is used as the filling for the shawarmas really enhances the flavor of the dish and is loaded with spices. 

ingredients

Chicken	300G
yogurt	1/4 Cup
Ginger/Garlic Paste	1 Tea Sp.
Red Chilli	1 Tea sp
black chili powder	1/2 Tea sp.
Packed Mayo	1 Tbs.
Oil	Half Cup
spice powder	1Tbs.
Salt	1 Tea Sp.
turmeric	1/4 Tea sp.
Onion /Cabbage	few
Shwarma Bread	2-3
Butter Paper	2-3

Preparations

Firstly, I take chicken and add mentioned quantity of yogurt in it.

Then I add 1 tb spoon ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder.

Now, I add one tb spoon spice powder and 1 tbspoon vinegar, mix it well.
and leave for merination for 30to 45 mins.

now its time to make mayo
take 2-3 tb spoon mayonnaise in a blender

Then I add half tea spoon salt, black pepper, one tea spoon oil and 2 garlic piece . Blend it well

now take the merinated chicken in the frying pan, add some oil and fry it well cover for 15 minutes until chicken becomes soft.

After that bake the showarma bread 3-4 minutes on a pan from both sides.

Now take a butter paper and place the bread on it. then apply chilli garlic sauce on bread.

Then apply the prepared mayonnaise on the bread.

After that add chicken pieces and salad ( onion, cabbage)

Then roll the bread with butter paper.
