Pretty ugly but delicious this recipe is very versatile so it could be modified according to your tastes.
So let's start!
Ingredients:
- 1 courgette
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 100g turkey breast
- Fillo dough (1 sheet for each roll)
>Fillo dough is necessary in the name of lightness but if you want you can easily replace it with the heaviest puff pastry

- Fold the sheet on the horizontal axis so as to wrap the preparation

- Roll up starting from the end where there is the stuff

- Repeat these last 3 steps in such a way as to make more rolls
- Put the rolls on a baking sheet with parchment paper (I use a "professional" sheet)
