Weight loss surgery proud
My name is misti crum i never really introduced myself but i had weight loss surgery on january 11 2017 i started out at 315 and today i am 229 im at a hault on loosing weight for like a month now so does anyone know of a way to jump start it again thanks

there is no secret. Eat healthy low sugar food and exercise.

STOPHi Misti, Congratulations on your success! That is amazing progress! Not sure what your goals are, but a lot of folks find some hypnotherapy good to help jumpstart motivation for exercise and healthier eating patterns if that is an issue.
As with any profession, skillsets vary, do your research to find a qualified person, not just a weekend hypnosis graduate.

Maybe go for a 15 minute walk? I know it's hard because of the time, but maybe that'd help jumpstart it again?
