Hola gente de Street Workout Community Soy @mixi-sw. Y el día de hoy les voy a mostrar un Reto con con un pequeño combo de flexiones.
Hi people of Street Workout Community I am @mixi-sw. And today I am going to show you a challenge with a little push-up combo.
La fuerza muscular es la capacidad de generar tensión intramuscular ante una resistencia, independientemente de que se genere o no movimiento. En otras palabras, es la capacidad de levantar, empujar o tirar de un peso determinado en un solo movimiento con la ayuda de los músculos.
La resistencia muscular es la capacidad de los músculos para empujar, levantar o tirar de un peso determinado durante un periodo de tiempo.
Muscular strength is the ability to generate intramuscular tension in the face of resistance, regardless of whether movement is generated or not. In other words, it is the ability to lift, push or pull a given weight in a single movement with the help of the muscles.
Muscular endurance is the ability of the muscles to push, lift or pull a given weight for a period of time.
