varieties of rice
There are two type of rice
1)Basmati
2)Non-Basmati
Basmati Rice
Such rice that contains aroma is called basmati rice.
There are different varieties of basmati rice in which the following include.
- supper basmati
Supper basmati divide in two types on the base of nutritional value.
(1) Brown super basmati
(2)white super basmati
Brown super Basmati
It is good nutritional value because they contain bran part and bran part contain vitamin protein and safe constitutional diseases.
White rice
White rice does not contain bran layers due to nutritional value decrease and not fit for human body.
