Reading is how I return to myself.

In the middle of noise, deadlines, and endless information, a book creates stillness. It asks for attention but rewards it with clarity. With every chapter, thoughts slow down and meaning comes into focus.

Reading doesn’t try to impress. It meets you where you are — tired, curious, hopeful, lost — and offers perspective without judgment. Sometimes the lesson is big. Sometimes it’s just a feeling of being less alone.

A book may end, but what it gives you doesn’t. It quietly stays, shaping the way you see the world and yourself.
