Afternoon,

My name is Ted and I am a beef addict. It has been 4 days since I moved back to school, and 4 days since my last beef. I am starting to have physical withdrawals... I almost put James River on a Hamburger yesterday.. it’s bad.

How hard can it be to find a quality beefery in our nation's capital - Lowell Mass? Pretty tough. I hit up the internet machine for some advice. Where did I find myself? A car wash with takeout window cut out of the side of the building. Eat in? Not an option. Ring a legitimate doorbell for service? Yup. The guy behind the window? An absolute gem.

B2B (Beef to Bun) - Could have used a little more beef.. but not bad.

FPW (Fresh Pink Warm) - Factoring in the 7 minute drive home? Not bad. Fresh, Pink, and eh.

S2M (Sauce to Mayo) - wasn’t sure they even had Jimmy Riv when I ordered.. pleasant surprise. Sauce ✔️

NTB (Nice Toasted Bun) - well toasted with a nice crunch.. but no butter to be found.
