Superior Beef Review ep. 3 - Tessi's Tewksbury, MA

Beef Family,

Ive found myself in a very dark place lately, stuck on a beef-less island talking to a volleyball type shit. I literally got a Roast Beef sandwich from a car wash in Lowell last week - Bedrock. Some say food poising .. I say earning my stripes.

But enough of the sob story. Here’s the light at the end of the tunnel for everyone. After I paid the price for my little beef sabbatical last week some of this groups award winning members suggested Tessi’s. A big thanks for this one.

Super Sauce and Cheese

COTB and COTT (Cheese On The Top and The Bottom!) - Enough beef to pull it off.. minimal slippage too. It plays

B2B (Beef to Bun) - My lord. MEAT. SWEATS.

FPW (Fresh Pink Warm) - ✔️✔️✔️ As my beefing colleague said though.. a couple more degrees in the center and this baby is in the 10 range.

S2M (Sauce to May)- disclaimer asked for extra sauce. Still... I mean look at it.. would you just look at it? Stop counting napkins. Start counting napkin dispensers.

NTB (Nice toasted Bun) - Wow. A masterpiece. Baked in a buttery flaky crust.

Overall score - 9.1

• +.2 for the beef being delivered right to the table. As one of the laziest humans in America this is big for me.
