A radical conclusion

This image is my own work. I created it myself.

I was recently thinking about the implications of having children. Especially in the volatile, unpredictable, and chaotic circumstances of the modern world. Also, exposure to technology, long working hours away from home, and the unusual speed at which time passes lately.
The thing is, I don't know if I'm in a position to have children. I suppose it's a big responsibility that involves major commitments. It turns out that about a month and a half ago, my younger sister gave birth to a beautiful baby girl 🥹 and now she regrets becoming a mother because she didn't imagine that she would lose her personal freedom to such an extent by having a baby 😒

She should have thought about it before... I guess 🤔

Then there's the economic issue. All the world's finances are going down the drain and currency volatility is alarming. There's no sense of stability, which is necessary to give a newborn the best possible care.

Add to that the rise in congenital and hereditary diseases, the precarious state of education on this side of the hemisphere, and the politicization of almost everything related to everyday life. For this reason, after thinking it over and over again for several weeks, I decided to take a radical step: to have a vasectomy.
I honestly think it's a matter of responsibility, self-respect, and love for the unborn child. I believe there are too many problems that will become increasingly complex and varied over time, and also because of the rapid moral degeneration of a society in decline.

Now the question is how to convince my girlfriend that this is the best decision 😬🫢
