Spinach clear vegetables
Ingredients :
- 2 bunch of spinach take only daunya
- 2 boiled eggs
- 700 ml water (or can be guessed by yourself)
- 5 pieces of red onion halve
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tbsp fried onion
- 1/2 tsp white sugar
- Salt powder broth
HOW TO MAKE:
- Wash spinach leaves set aside.
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Put bay leaves and shallots. Cover 1 minute for fragrant.
- Put spinach, salt, pepper powder, sugar and powdered broth
Cook for just 5 minutes. - Turn off the fire. Serve in a bowl with a slice of boiled egg inside and a sprinkling of fried onions.
