Microsoft Windows update 10 getting sued for faulty update

Ok. Windows update 10 had a recent update and it destroyed the audio on my laptop. After spending multiple hours with MS support people I am very disappointed. Not only did they stand me up multiple times on the phone failing to call me back when they said they would, they have failed to fix my laptop. I asked them if it would be possible for me to get a refund of the monetary value of my laptop that they broke with their update, but the support people said no. However I did find that there is a possible class action lawsuit against Windows 10 update Linked in this article.
