Which Steem or Sd exchange site is better?

Today I read one article about blocktrades for trading steem or steem dollar to bitcoin. And I came to know that they cost you about 4 steem just to open the account, then add : the transfer fee and the rate that they will do the exchange at. I guess its a lot of money.
Any one have an idea about the best exchange site to do this smoothly?
