DELICIOUS BROWNIE COOKIES😍😍🌰🍪🌰🍪😍😍

Hello, hello dear friends of the Hive community !!, Today I want to share with you a simple and delicious recipe to prepare some Brownie cookies ideal to share with the family on an afternoon of movies and you can eat them alone or with a glass of cold milk . They fascinate me that they are very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and it should be noted that you can keep them for several days if you don't eat them before. Another detail of this recipe is that they are easy to prepare and will be ready in no time. Even if you want, you can refrigerate the dough and prepare it at any other time.

I have to admit that my kids and I love these cookies and we can't stop making them.

INGREDIENTS	QUANTITY
Cocoa powder	1/2 cups
Wheat flour	2 cups
Sugar	1 and 1/2 cups
Eggs	3 eggs
Oil	1/2 cup
Salt	1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder	1 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1.Mix the dry ingredients, except for the sugar, in a bowl (these ingredients must be previously sifted.

2.In a different bowl, place the eggs, then beat them for approximately 5 minutes or until it is quite foamy. Later the sugar and the oil are added in this mixture and it is beaten.

3.Finally, this mixture is poured into the dry ingredients and integrated with a wooden paddle (you get a very soft and pasty dough).

4.Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to make it easier to work and allow to obtain a biscuit that is soft on the inside and crisp on the outside.

5.And the cookie dough is ready!

6.Then the cookies are assembled and placed in a previously floured baking dish.

7.Preheat in the oven to 180 ° C and then cook the cookies for 12-15min.
8.AND TO EAT!

Approximately 45 cookies are obtained.
