😮What Have They Done?

The powers that be have done a UI change to our beloved Steemit, what do we think of the 'new' Steemit user interface, and experience?

How many design choices did they examine, test before choosing the one they present us with now?

Did they even bother to consult any of the competent designers that are members of Steemit?

Did they consider how colour changes will affect colour blind users?

Can we all agree that promoting Steemit would have been a better way of spending who knows how much money on what we have to look at now.

I have one further question, what is the size of the header in pixels and how do we get our own image up there? I don't like the black.
