Relationship with surbordinate
Supervisors, especially those who rose from the ranks have difficulty adjusting to their new management role. As employees, they had opposed some organizational rules and regulations and encourage the others to flout them. Their 'root' is with the ordinary employees.
with promotions, they have to enforce the rules they once opposed
