Stellar/XLM Update
- #XLM fell into the .5 - .618 Fibonacci level just barely last night
- Rule is we should ALWAYS start stacking buys when it reaches that zone
- Unfortunately, my buy-in for #XLM did not trigger
- I do think this will be a new Elliot Wave count
