Fujicoin will implement SegWit

This project is carried out in two stages.

Stage 1:
· Signaling start: April 1 AM 0: 00 (UTC)
· Threshold: 75%
· Deploy BIP 65, BIP 66
· Deploy BIP 68, BIP 112, and BIP 113
· Lock SegWit (BIP 141, BIP 143, and BIP 147)

Stage 2:
· The start time is judged by looking at the signaling situation
· Deploy SegWit (BIP 141, BIP 143, and BIP 147)

Cooperation request and warning to stakeholders

· After April, mining farm using old core wallet can not mine.
· There is a possibility that the DB of old core wallet may stop functioning after April.
· All core wallet users should update to the latest core wallet.
