Chicken skewers

Chicken skewers are great to make if you are getting guests. They are delicious and very presentable. It is also nice if its just to enjoy on your own or with the family. It looks really good served with the side of salad or you could just have fries with it! There's many delicious ways to prepare skewers, I'll be sharing one of the yummy ways to prepare it below:  

Ingredients:

•  Chicken fillet (cubed)
• 1 tsp garlic paste 
• 1 tsp zesty lemon pepper 
• 1 tsp cumin (crushed)
• 1/2 tsp salt 
• 3 tblsp lemon juice 
• 2 tblsp oil 
• 1/3 cup tomato sauce

Combine the ingredients to form a marinate then mix it with the chicken. Place them on skewers and cook or barbecue. Enjoy!
