and if you wish to explore a more deviant tag, there is always informationwar, and don't forget communities pay more, but mods can censor your posts.

It's a little sad that one of the big points of hive over steem was that they weren't censoring content on HIVE.
Care to elaborate on what you mean by "open" tags?
This whole hash tag thing is new to me.
