By far the most fair on the EOS network. All results are posted in a scrolling chronological order and is based on the last number of the transaction number of the sequential block number. You can simply check your preferred block explorer to verify that it is all correct (I did, and they are in fact correct).
Staking is currently paying out 250.7759 EOS per 10k HASH you own. MUCH better than any other EOS site out there.
