Recipee # 17

Ingredients

80 ml olive oil
50 g butter
6 garlic cloves, crushed
1 red chile, finely chopped
1 kg button mushroom
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
 
Directions

First of all, fry the mushrooms, chili and garlic in oil and butter in skillet, mixing for approximately FIVE min or till mushrooms become soft.
Then add in the rest of items.
Delicious dish ready for serve.
