All weather cyclist problems...
Fair weather cyclists have the luxury of being able to change gear, sadly us all weather cyclists are sometimes not given that opportunity. It is so much fun cycling in the snow though that I would gladly give up most of my gears for it.

I would like a rohloff one but sadly I don't have deep enough pockets.
ye its some expensive stuff but in the other hand considering that a rohloff can easily last 100k kilometers, well..
