The first "Human Level AI" (HLAI) conference in Europe was held in the Czech Republic, organized by SingularityNET Inc., a startup company and GoodAI Inc., which conducts AI research and development.

About 40% of the researchers think that "At the human level artificial general intelligence (AGI) will be created in five to ten years" at this conference. And 28% think that "It will be released within the next 20 years ".

It is an image that the human level AI is completed in 2028...
