I have been on a life-long journey of love, knowledge, discovery and wellness that I share with my husband, Darren, son Jesse and daughter Sally!
We have experienced a roller coaster ride of experience that has been awesome, wonderful, inspiring, challenging and tragic. Through it all we have gotten to know ourselves, each other and the world in which we are stewards.
Recently we have received a gift of knowledge that has encouraged me to create this blog to foster freedom from the human condition.
My objective is to seek collaboration and community in the creation of LOVE & NURTURING!

Another tip: @thedarkhorse is currently running a contest in which he delegates some of his Steen Power to new users.
