Capricornus

Capricornus, the goat, is often represented as half fish and half goat. Mythology has it that Capricornus was once Pan who jumped into the Nile to escape from the monster Typhoon. Only half of Pan's body was immersed! and this part turned into a fish. Jupiter commemorated the event by placing Pan in the sky and today he is known as Capricornus. He contains no navigational stars.
