🍏 Apple pie & Applesause ... what else can you make out of apples?

Went apple picking about a month ago and still have so many 🙈 Calling cooking gurus of STEEMIT 😊 especially my fav girls I follow @allayummyfood and @gringalicious. What else can I make out of apples?

So far I've made

Russian apple pie called SHARLOTKA

Apple puree/ Applesauce

And I'm really just eating them raw as snacks

I really need to finish them up because they are starting to go bad.

Any interesting recipes you know ?
