Puffy Pancakes

This is a picture of buttery, fluffy, delicious perfection. These are called puffy pancakes, some call them German Pancakes. They are delicious and only have four ingredients, Butter, milk, eggs, and flour. Just add a pinch of salt and that batter is ready to roll! But, don't overmix it if you want it a little bit clumpy. Cook these things at high temperatures and watch this batter go from flat to extremely poofy!! The crispy edges that puffed up are characteristic of puffy pancakes and they have a delicious buttery taste. Top this hot buttery breakfast with maple syrup, couple it with a glass of milk, and then enjoy these things. Absolutely delicious!!
