My Saturday

Hello everyone, I havnt posted for a while as my schedule has been crazy busy with basketball and because of all the basketball I havnt gotten out and about for a while. Hopefully I’ll be able to post more frequently in the future. Anyway my Saturday consisted of waking up and going to my usual foam rolling class which is a class held by Joondalup remedial massage and teaches you how to foam roll which helps with recovery from sport and stiff muscles.

After the hour long class was finished we came back home and I started baking a zebra cake. At first I thought it would be complicated but it turned out it was pretty easy but took a while to put together.

That’s what the first few layers looked like and I wasn’t that impressed but and. I added more and more of the batter on top it started to take some shape of a zebra cake

After about 13 minutes of adding the layers on top of each other I put it in the oven to start baking. While it was baking I took my dogs Oscar and Nala down to our local park for a little walk.

And as usual they ran all over the park chasing each other and trying to steal the ball from one another. After Oscar, Nala and I got home the cake was baked and ready to be cooled down and to be iced.

Time to cut a slice 😆.
