Wood fired pizza

After a long day and the last wabl training session my team had before our grading tournament on the weekend, we bought a huge wood fired pizza and a freshly cooked loaf of crispy Carlin bread.

It was delicious and probably one of the best pizzas I’ve eaten. The toppings included juicy tender beef, freshly cut vegetables along with melted cheese and bbq sauce to top it off, it was amazing.

It’s been a while since I’ve had pizza because we usually order dominos or from Pizza Hut which is greasy and oily pizza so it was good to have a nice fresh pizza straight from the wood fire oven. Today is another busy day for me as I have my first clinic (a day where my class goes out to a primary school to teach young kids how to play basketball) that my year group are running for a primary school near Byford. It’s going to take close to two hours to get there but should be worth it in the end!.
