Was lost in self

The previous week has not been really good enough for me to reply to the question how are you because i wasn't really fine. A lot was going on in my mind the stress of the final year research project, unfriendly course units, course works and all that. So i had to invest a lot of time thinking about how to handle all that without really hustling or shutting down some programs like steemit which i was starting to enjoy.
But now i think am a bit relieved and back to catch up what i missed though a lot of posts were made.

Talking about my research project, am actually researching about how government regulations affect commercial office real estate investment and growth in Kampala, Uganda. I realized that some potential investors would be willing to invest in commercial office real estate but because of burdensome government regulations like tax laws set by the Uganda Revenue Authority, financial regulations by the Bank of Uganda, building regulations by the Kampala Capital City Authority among others including Uganda investment Authority, they are restricted from investing or those who invest do it on a small scale or would rather invest elsewhere that is favourable for them to get profits as well as capital appreciation.

All almost starting to collect data and will present my findings soon.
