SPRING AFFECTS OUR EMOTIONS

IMG_20200518_10124002.jpeg

Photo made this morning with my mobile.

The gradual increase in hours of sunlight causes our brain to segregate more Serotonin, a neurotransmitter associated to positive moods and attitudes. In addition, sunlight has a regulating effect on our brains through a hormone called Melatonin. As the days lengthen, we feel more energetic and more encouragement to do a greater number of activities and need fewer hours of sleep to feel rested.
