Segwit will most likely be triggered
As of now 80.5% of miners have signalled for BIP91. This still requires 227 blocks in order to lock. In my opinion this will most likely occur unless miners change their minds. Bitcoins price should go up? Because 1 August becomes irrelevant? And now the next thing to wait for is a hard fork which is anticipated for November.

Almost all the cryptos prices are influenced by what happens to bitcoin, as big as ETH is it still seems to move with bitcoin, therefore it's uncertain. It all depends on what happens to bitcoin. Bitcoin is like market confidence for cryptocurrencies.
