FINDING JOY IN THE LITTLE MOMENTS

Today reminded me that happiness doesn't always come from big achievements or expensive things. Sometimes, it comes from the little moments we often overlook—a peaceful morning, a beautiful sunset, a good meal, or simply having time to breathe and appreciate life.

Lately, I have been trying to enjoy these small moments more. Life can become so busy that we forget to pause and notice the simple things that make our days special.
