This picture was taken at our Front Yard. This is a **Blue Bottle Fly**. Here in Cebu, Philippines, except for fruit flies, we only call mostly by our dialect, two kinds of table flies. **"Langaw"**, for the thinner kind of flies that were usually present in meals. **"Lagong"**, for the fatter flies which were common in garbage cans or where anything is filthy and rotten or even in uncovered poops. We really hate it when they come to the dining table for we know where they really came from. Anyway, this one is resting in our plant and it pretended to be a star for the photoshoot.
