cannabis is much better fit with the definition of "wellness complete physical, mental and social well-being."
Industrial hemp is a male gender type of marijuana plant which has a low THC almost close to none, which is what makes you high. Simply means that you can't get high from an industrial hemp. Plus it has many uses like production of one of the strongest fabric in the world, bio fuel from its seeds, paper production which equals that of our precious century old trees in an annual produce.
