Grass Jelly with rambutan flesh

I had a meeting with a business partner yesterday. After the meeting, my business partner ask me to join them for lunch. So i did. We had our lunch at Ole-Ole Bali restaurant.

After having the main course, I ordered a dessert. In below picture is the dessert that I've ordered. It was a grass jelly pudding. Inside the pudding is also rambutan flesh and mint leaves.
