Why I love running at sunrise! 😀

Waking up before the sun can be tough; it's dark, chilly, and hardly anyone else is awake.

When I do make it out of bed before sunrise, I throw on my tennis shoes and head to the river. Even though I'm drowsy, this view is eye-opening every time. This picture was taken with my iPhone 😊😊

An added benefit of morning runs is that my pace has increased; if I wake up super early and go running, I sure as hell don't want to miss that sunrise!! 😏😏😏
