In a bid to solve the lack of a cable machine for Overhead Tricep Extensions I've been doing the same thing I do with a cable machine but with a barbell instead. But I don't feel the impact or see the progress as much.

Next I've tried substituting with barbell skull crushers, and now I'm trying with dumbbells and I feel the impact more with the dumbbells 😎. I think I've successfully replaced the overhead extensions with this and I'm quite happy about that.

Until I get a machine, then.
