(Ep. 2) Love & Acceptance
In today's episode I speak about the power of love in our lives, how this energy engulfs us and protects us.
I also bring up the idea that the word 'love' is really a synonym to the word 'acceptance', and how love and hate equate acceptance and rejection respectively.
By tuning ourselves to feel the love around us we can become stronger and more stable, since it takes away from feeling like a victim and instead replaces that feeling with one of assurance and support.
In the future I will be sometimes revisiting this idea, for example by explaining how to incorporate this thought within a meditation session for a powerful peak of positive emotion and self confidence.
