Easily Accepting Changes

How is it possible for a human to change when we are grown up in a schedule?

Eating time, play time, school time, office time… they are all scheduled. How can brain so accustomed to repetitiveness and fearing unknown accept changes?

Living whole life in schedule and trying to accept change is one hell of contradiction in life.

To accept change, let there be unscheduled life and open to experience mind.

Make yourself ready in a way that your core emotional self doesn’t get effected by the changes around.

There are two solutions that you can work on right now to be more acceptable to change:

  1. Meditate: Certain type of meditations allow your inner emotional estate to be stable no matter the changes in the environment. It also allows one to be open to experience.
  2. Flexible time: Break some schedules, like eating in scheduled time, waking up in fixed hour or sleeping in fixed hour to begin with.
  3. Take Action: Always be aware that imagining the things that changes will bring is far less dramatic than the result of actual changes. Shut down your mind and get into action.

Living in schedule is like hell of life. I wish everyone accept changes and be able to take greater leap into their better future.
